📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Conduct inspections and assessments to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
• Manage and maintain building infrastructure, such as elevators, escalators, and parking facilities.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, renovations, and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Assist in emergency response and crisis management activities.
• Provide support to the General Affairs team in administrative tasks and facility management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Building Services, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in building maintenance or related roles.
• Knowledge of building systems, codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in using SAP and other facility management software.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate various types of vehicles.
