As an Accounting Staff, you'll handle a wide range of tasks daily, from processing invoices to reconciling accounts. You'll work closely with our finance team, using tools like QuickBooks, Excel, and SAP to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage incoming payments and ensure timely processing
• Prepare and submit accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Process and verify invoices and other financial documents
• Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Provide financial support to other departments as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Excel, and SAP
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) is a plus
