📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans for medical services in Bangka Belitung.
• Oversee the operations of healthcare facilities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with government agencies and healthcare providers to enhance medical service delivery.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of medical services to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead and mentor a team of medical professionals to achieve organizational goals.
• Represent the Regional Health Authority of Bangka Belitung in national and international healthcare forums.
• Ensure the availability and accessibility of essential medical supplies and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Public Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare administration and policy development.
• Proven leadership experience in managing healthcare teams and projects.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian healthcare regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with healthcare software and data management tools such as EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems.
• Certification in healthcare management or a related field is a plus.
