📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in preparing and baking a variety of bread and pastry products
• Help maintain a clean and organized bakery environment
• Assist in stock control and inventory management
• Learn and apply best practices in baking from experienced professionals
• Participate in daily operations, including morning and afternoon shifts
• Assist in packaging and preparing products for sale
• Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions
• Follow all health and safety protocols in the bakery

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Passionate about baking and eager to learn
• Basic knowledge of baking techniques and principles
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
• Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a bakery or similar food service environment is a plus
• Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 20 kg
