📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
• Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
• Create and schedule engaging content, including images, videos, and blog posts, to showcase our interior design projects.
• Run and optimize Meta ad campaigns to maximize ROI and reach our target audience.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Insights.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and on-brand content.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Report on campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media and online advertising.
• Proficient in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Canva.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and a passion for interior design.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
