You'll also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all transactions, reconciling daily sales, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle all financial transactions using our Point of Sale (POS) system
• Manage cash and card payments, and process refunds and exchanges
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and reconcile daily sales
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed
• Work closely with the front desk and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cashier or similar role in a hospitality or retail environment
• Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting principles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
• Ability to lift and move up to 20 lbs (9 kg) as needed
• Must be available to work full-time, including weekends and holidays
