📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Track stock levels and reorder products as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure that products are received, stored, and distributed efficiently and accurately.
• Monitor inventory turnover rates and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure that all inventory transactions are documented and recorded accurately.
• Assist in the implementation of new inventory management processes and procedures.
• Provide support and training to junior staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmacy inventory management or a related field.
• Proven experience with SAP inventory management system.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
