📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the dealership, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage a team of 10-15 sales and service professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demands.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing.
