We are seeking a dedicated Store Compliance Officer to ensure that our retail operations adhere to all company policies, regulations, and legal requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance standards and a passion for maintaining high levels of integrity and ethics within our organization. This role is crucial in maintaining the reputation and operational efficiency of our stores across Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Conduct regular audits and inspections of store operations to identify and address any compliance issues.,Provide training and guidance to store staff on compliance matters to ensure they understand and adhere to company policies.,Develop and implement compliance programs and initiatives to enhance the overall compliance culture within the stores.,Investigate and resolve any compliance-related issues or concerns raised by employees, customers, or regulatory authorities.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all compliance activities and audit findings.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that compliance requirements are integrated into all business processes.,Stay informed about changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards that may impact store operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a compliance-related role, preferably in a retail or corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, consumer protection laws, and other relevant regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees, customers, and regulatory authorities.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve compliance goals.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant compliance management software.,Familiarity with retail operations and a commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service and business ethics.,Ability to travel to different store locations as required.
