📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.,Handle all front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest registration.,Manage guest inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and professional responses.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.,Maintain accurate guest records and manage guest data in accordance with privacy regulations.,Oversee the operation of the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.,Provide excellent customer service, promoting a positive image for the hotel.,Assist in training and supervising junior front desk staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and guest relationship management software.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.,Fluency in English is a plus.
