📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing and overseeing all cash transactions, including receipts, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in the accounting system.
  • Preparing and reviewing financial reports, including bank statements and cash flow statements.
  • Collaborating with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Providing training and guidance to junior accounting staff.
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Conducting regular audits of cash transactions to identify any discrepancies.
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial activities.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in cashier accounting or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
