📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to established recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and disciplinary actions as needed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling procedures.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.,Promote the restaurant's brand and image through effective marketing and customer engagement strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the foodservice industry.,Proven track record of success in managing a team and achieving sales targets.,Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Experience in using POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Previous experience in a similar role within a multi-unit restaurant chain is a plus.
