📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning programs and materials that align with organizational goals and employee development needs.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees, using a variety of instructional methods and technologies.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and materials, and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and employees to identify learning and development needs and opportunities.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth and development.,Work with the HR team to ensure that learning and development initiatives are integrated into the broader HR strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.,Strong understanding of instructional design principles and best practices.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire employees.,Experience with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and materials.,Fluency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
