CV Cipta Karya is seeking a talented and dedicated HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for helping others succeed. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our company's growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Handle employee relations and resolve any issues that may arise.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid SIM (if required for remote work).
