📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages to the appropriate departments.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including filing and maintaining guest records.,Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure smooth operations.,Handle and process mail, packages, and other deliveries.,Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and document preparation.,Perform general office duties to support the smooth running of the office.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.
