Apotek Umar Spareparts is looking for a dedicated Purchasing Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring high-quality spare parts to meet our customers' needs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure a steady supply of quality spare parts.,Source and negotiate prices for spare parts from various suppliers.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct quality checks on received spare parts to ensure they meet our standards.,Prepare and submit purchase orders and invoices accurately and on time.,Analyze purchasing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Assist in the development of procurement strategies to support business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong understanding of purchasing processes and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
