📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction projects.,Ensure the safe and efficient execution of construction activities.,Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.,Lead and motivate the construction team to achieve project goals.,Manage project budgets and resources effectively.,Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues.,Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Prepare and submit progress reports and other project documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project supervision or site execution.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with construction software and tools.,Knowledge of local construction regulations and standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
