📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Monitor and evaluate production performance, identifying areas for improvement.,Coordinate with team members to ensure that production targets are met.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards.,Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory and ensure that materials are available when needed.,Provide leadership and support to the production team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the production or manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of production processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in production management.,Ability to travel and work in different locations as needed.
