PT Persada Mega is looking for a talented and experienced Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring that we source high-quality materials and services at competitive prices. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that procurement needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
