Pusat Putri Coffee is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our coffee business, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of coffee production and operations.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff to achieve company goals.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of operations.,Maintain and improve relationships with suppliers and customers.,Ensure timely delivery of products and services to meet customer requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the F&B industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using operational software and tools.,Knowledge of coffee production and quality standards is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and regulations.
