📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of mechanical engineers in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and equipment,Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept to completion,Ensure that all mechanical systems and equipment meet industry standards and regulatory requirements,Develop and maintain mechanical engineering standards and procedures,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that mechanical systems and equipment integrate seamlessly with other aspects of the project,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the field of mechanical engineering,Mentor and train junior engineers and other team members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role,Strong understanding of mechanical systems and equipment, as well as industry standards and regulations,Excellent leadership and team management skills,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Proficiency in mechanical engineering software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
