📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing day-to-day operations of the department,Developing and implementing departmental strategies,Leading and motivating a team of employees,Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations,Managing departmental budget and resources,Conducting performance reviews and appraisals,Fostering a positive and productive work environment,Representing the department in company meetings

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role,Strong understanding of departmental operations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using office software and tools,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Experience in a similar role in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus
