📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and oversee interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Review and approve design proposals, ensuring they align with client requirements and project goals.
• Mentor and develop junior architects, fostering a culture of growth and excellence within the team.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in interior design, and incorporate them into your projects.
• Provide regular progress reports to clients and stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status and milestones.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in interior design and architecture, with a strong portfolio of high-end residential and commercial projects.
• Proven experience in supervising and managing interior design projects from concept to completion.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior architects.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Creative and innovative thinker, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating luxurious and functional interiors.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
