• Drive sales efforts using a SIM C/A and a reliable vehicle.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales data.
• Provide regular reports on sales progress and client feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience in commercial property sales, preferably in Jakarta Raya.
• Valid SIM C/A and a reliable vehicle.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with real estate software and tools, such as CRM systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial property sales.
