📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lessons to stimulate cognitive, social, and physical development.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for children aged 2-6 years.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure a seamless transition between home and school.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and the teaching team.
• Stay updated with the latest early childhood education practices and trends.
• Use educational software and tools such as KidzRoom, SmartKids, and Playhouse Disney to enhance the learning experience.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for the classroom.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Pedagogy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education.
• Certification in early childhood education, such as CPR/First Aid, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for working with young children and fostering their growth.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
