📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment process.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.,Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
