📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and coordination of departmental activities.,Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Support the Department Head in strategic planning and decision-making.,Manage and mentor team members, providing guidance and development opportunities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.,Handle departmental budgets and financial planning.,Represent the department in meetings and events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Strong organizational and managerial skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in a similar role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
