📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Manage a team of 10-15 employees, providing leadership and development opportunities.
Implement and monitor sales and marketing strategies to achieve branch targets.
Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and address any concerns promptly.
Collaborate with the regional management team to ensure alignment with company goals.
Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Ensure all branch activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including dealers, suppliers, and financial institutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the banking or finance industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving sales targets.
Strong understanding of auto finance products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and financial software such as SAP or Oracle.
Knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations and compliance requirements.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
