Hotel Lestari Fruit is seeking a dedicated and energetic Barista/Cashier to join our team in Kuta, Bali. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about coffee and customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, managing cash transactions, and ensuring a positive guest experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages to guests.,Manage cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including coffee equipment and cash registers.,Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies.,Provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries and complaints.,Work efficiently during peak hours and ensure smooth operations.,Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a coffee shop or similar role.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Excellent customer service and communication skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using cash registers and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with basic inventory management.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
