📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist registered nurses in patient care, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care.,Prepare and maintain patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.,Assist in the preparation and sterilization of medical equipment and supplies.,Perform basic laboratory tests and assist in specimen collection.,Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the registered nurse or physician.,Assist in the administration of patient care plans and ensure patient safety and comfort.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to maintain and improve clinical skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Assistant Nurse or similar role.,Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic first aid and emergency response procedures.,Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
