📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver high-quality lectures, workshops, and practical training sessions on various health science topics.
• Develop and update course materials, including syllabi, handouts, and online learning resources.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure student learning outcomes.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to students, helping them to develop their academic and professional skills.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement innovative teaching methods and technologies.
• Participate in faculty meetings and professional development activities.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in health sciences and incorporate new knowledge into teaching materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or a related field.
• Master's degree in Health Sciences or a related field, preferably with a focus on teaching and education.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching and lecturing in health sciences.
• Strong knowledge of health science principles, practices, and current research.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging and effective teaching materials.
• Proficiency in using educational technologies and learning management systems, such as Moodle or Blackboard.
• Certification in teaching and learning, such as the Certified Educator (CE) or the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards (NBPTS), is a plus.
